ASDA PAYG top up cards

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can confirm these still work as a method please?
Used to be just take the (linked) top up card into customer service of ASDA, give them a tenner and it would go on to your mobile account. They are saying thats stopped though? (you can still order a top up card from Asda mobile online but dont know if thats just an old webpage)
We dont use linked debit or debit cards.

I have a feeling it may have stopped from when I had my mobile a couple years ago. Your best bet is probably just to phone customer services and ask.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
