Hi
I have bank draft from Ireland in euro. I would like to open euro account in UK bank to use this bank draft and kept my money in euro as I will need it.
I was looking online and not sure which banks would accept this bank draft in euro?
Also which bank has best euro account ? I was reading and some are only for wealthy business people
Or it is better to go to Ireland and open bank account there?

Have a look at HSBC. It seems to be the best these days with foreign cheques/drafts and it offers currency accounts of which the Global Money Account is a good one.MaSao said:Hi

https://www.hsbc.co.uk/international/currency-account/To get the best out of it you'll probably need to open three accounts, a GBP current account, a EUR account and the Global Money Account.
Barclays is another option but people complain that its EUR account is inflexible and hard to use.0
