Missing Octopus Gas Invoice
Does anyone know if Octopus delay billing of your gas bill if the billing date is on a weekend?
I am on Agile for electric, and Tracker for Gas. Normally I get one big bill for Gas and Electric on the 12th of each month with energy use up to midnight on 10th.
This month I got the bill on Saturday 12th, but it only included the electric and no gas (even though there was a comment on the bill about my estimated annual gas usage).
Looking at the Octopus Watch app, it looks like there is several hours of missing data spanning the period of the night from 10th to 11th, so the very last readings for that billing month seems to be missing (my gas meter seems to throw a wobbly and has some hours missing here and there every few weeks and this time it happened to be right on the billing point). Could this be the issue?
I guess I'll wait a couple of days and if nothing happens I will contact Octopus.
