rebuild costs

I'm really struggling at the moment, our building and contents insurance is due, its gone up by £100, we pay a silly price anyway due to it being a old farm house with outbuilding attached. I've tried doing a price comparison search , but because we don't tick all the right boxes its difficult. BUT my main problem is they are all insisting on a rebuilding cost, and I know of someone who under insuranced and it cost them a fortune . so according to a rebuild online calculator it will cost us over 500k to rebuild, and thats the lowest price quoted, the house is only worth less then 200k Its a big house as most 19c farm houses are. its roughly 210m2 measured from outside walls. thats including the outbuilding attached
