North West Parking Management

I received a fine from North West Parking Management for parking in a private car park (private land rather than retail or commercial) in Hartlepool. I had paid and displayed but it seems i did not enter my registration number into the machine correctly. I appealed the fine and when they rejected this I appealed to POPLA. They also rejected the appeal.
I appreciate there is plenty of advice on the steps to take already on this forum but having read through the newbie section and FAQs it is not easy to work out where to start considering the steps i have already taken. Any advice on where to start now that i have already appealed to NWPM and POPLA

Did you tell NWPM of the failure to fully input your registration details in your appeal? Did they offer you the opportunity to pay an admin charge of £20 instead of £100?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You are waiting for the PPC to take the next step - a LOC/LBC/LBCC - and then you react as per the NEWBIE sticky.2

They sent the initial PCN on the basis that i had parked and not paid. I sent them a pic of my ticket as evidence that i had payed and displayed.Rather than a full registration number, the ticket just showed the letter N. They accepted that i had in fact paid but rejected the appeal on the vasis that i had not complied with their terms and cobditions as i had not correctly entered my registration number into the machine. They said the fine would be reduced to £20 for a period of 14 days but once that date had passed the reduction would not be offered again. At that point i submitted an appeal to POPLA (which i now know was a complete waste of time!)0

You've read the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread already?
No help needed to ignore debt demands.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
