Is this an acceptable amount given the circumstances?

I admit, I responded based on the assumption the ombudsman referenced was the communications ombudsman or CISAS (both of which use a similar scale to decide awards):

Seems reasonable - it is the communications ombudsman who'll have taken this on, rather than FOS (who'll only deal with EE on device financing):ArbitraryRandom said:I admit, I responded based on the assumption the ombudsman referenced was the communications ombudsman or CISAS (both of which use a similar scale to decide awards)
