New bathroom

I've had a quote for renovating a bathroom, and just wanted to check it was reasonable. Waiting for a second quite to come in too. Bathroom is 3x3m. Ask if he can provide references of people he has done work for before you can go and look at. Good builders are happy and able to do this. We went and viewed 2 projects our builder had done before,
