Vectone mobile lack of action

I like many other people had a sim with vectone which I have had before they took over delight mobile. I found better deals elsewhere and their customer services were appalling, but kept the number for incoming calls & text for many years. About the 24th October the line ceased functioning but the number was still active but going straight to voice mail. There was no warning ie a text message from Vectone stating that unless you top up your line will be inoperable, so I could request them to send me a pac code. I am now unable to contact them by webchat, phone (they have 80+ calls before you and the line goes dead long before you get to the front) or by email (they just don't respond). Other people who have been in similar position to me have received a pac code via email so that enabled them to move their number to someone else. They obviously haven't got my email because I was previously with delight mobile and probably didn't keep any paperwork for those customers. I am desperate to keep my number which I have had for decades but am lost to know what to do. Can anyone help?
My advice for anyone is to avoid this company like the plague.

Thanking you in anticipation.If you can text out Text PAC to 65075 to get a PAC code.As to the rest of your post, it looks like Vectone don't do "traditional" PAYG now, as most of the top-up links don't work. It would appear they've moved to in favour of bundles, but usually with most PAYG providers if you don't make a chargable activity every 90/180/365 days or whatever it was then you'd have lost the number in any event...0
