I can't speak for motorcycle insurance, but for the past 4 years I have had scooter insurance with CIS (Cooperative Insurance Services). I have always found CIS to be about 50% cheaper than any competitors.
Hope this helps.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
My hubbie has used MotorCycle Direct https://www.motorcycledirect.com for last few years. They have consistently come up best for his bikes - previously Yamaha R1, just changed to Suzuki GZX 600.So many shoes, so little time....0

I found http://www.confused.com/ to be the cheapest for me, it searchs all the 'main' insures
Also works for Car and other insurance.0 -
Try H&R insurance. I am a new rider and they were 50% cheaper than anywhere else I tried. (Honda CBR600)

I always used Bennetts to insure my Suzuki but this year have changed.
Found the cheapest motorcycle insurance companies all are now online and offering big savings if policies are taken out online instead of over the phone.
I saved just under 35% by insuring with churchill this year. (found several bike insurers at www.bikeinfo.co.uk/cheapest_motorcycle_insurance.htm
Thought churchill only did car and house insurance but they now cover bikes as well.

Hi,
Just a word of caution following our recent experience with Bennets online Bike insurance.
We bought online after looking at various permutations to find a competitive price through Bennetts, just be sure once you get the price you want online, that you 'save quote before clicking buy online.
We didn't and got the policy through with the wrong type of cover and omitting the legal cover we had agreed. Also recommend that you 'print screen' and save a copy before you buy online. Apparently Bennetts were unable to access or provide details of the quote provided to us when we bought our insurance, and the details on the policy seemed to resemble our initial enquiry rather than the quote we 'bought online'.
Not happy with Bennets at all, buyer beware!!!:T £500 saved this year on annual Building & contents cover :T
:T £200 refund from bank for address error & missing bank card :T
:T * Free * gas and electricity pending supplier's compliance with Ombudsman's decision. :T0 -
