New British Gas app & website

No where can you find your monthly or quarterly gas usage it’s horrendous I recently tried to submit my mothers gas reading for the website to say it was too high and ring up. Did that and webchat that was 2 weeks ago still can’t see that her correct reading has been updated you go round in circles the App is virtually useless if you need to see anything of value with your account just your lasted bill. British Gas seem to be going backwards with functionality not forwards and of course everything on it is go and sort it yourself or read all useless answers that don’t answer any search you try, very poor

The usage is in the billing section (you'll need to download the PDF bills) under Bills & payments history. The meter reading history is also there which is hid from other menus for some reason.

That's on a computer browser. Their app is better than it was a few years ago but it's still very basic.
