Yes, that's the one. I sent it to myself as well, both from my hotmail address and from a family gmail address. I recived the messages okay, but the ones to Unity both bounced back with an undeliverable message. When I tried the online enquiry form, it immediately brought up messages that hotmail and gmail addresses were not accepted.

No worries. I'll send a postal SAR next week. If they don't respond then I'll complain to the ICO about that. Again, it's partly for buggrance factor, (I can do it so I will), and partly because I want to see the creation date of the certificate of postage in the metadata so I can compare it with the one the BPA sent me.

I don't think it's their email address that is the problem. The online query form said much the same thing in that their system just won't accept emails from hotmail or gmail accounts.

Email addresses do not consider upper or lower case.

Thanks. That's much appreciated. I'll go with a postal request first, especially as I have a suspicion that if two of the major email systems are blocked, it may be that nothing will work, by accident of course, not by design.
