I get Reynaud’s. It doesn’t always seem to be a temperature thing though. I can be sitting in a hot bath and the blood will shoot out of my toes and back up my legs.
Indeed, it can be very odd - I can have three totally normal digits and two white as snow.
I do - always have since a child - have poor circulation to the extremities.  I can be sitting in a room that is warm (according to the thermometer) yet my hands are freezing.  In my experience, it seems to be connected to the damp as much as the cold.

I find it worst when one toe decides to wave goodbye to all its colour while the rest of them carry on as normal. Very unsettling!

I've just read through this to see all sorts of possibilities. One that I can't see anyone's mentioned is the 'mesa camilla', which i remember fondly from my youth in Spain. In essence, you get an enormous blanket to drape over the table you're sitting at, then put a little heat source underneath. I'm currently using one of these: Hylite Ecoheater Slimline Tube Heaters, meanwhile saving up for a bigger blanket. It keeps everyone at the table warm (from the thighs down), and it's less hassle than a heated throw which I too easily get tangled up in, often tripping over its pesky wire. 30-50 W is a lot less than 180-500W and costs, of course, only 1/10th as much to run.
    I'm not being lazy ...
    I'm just in energy-saving mode.

It sounds like it's aimed at this kind of thing
