Roof Valley - just had a quote for re-concreting, is this a reasonable price?

Options
Got roofer to come and look at a leak coming through the roof, through the loft, and dripping into the bedroom below.
He said the concrete under the roof valley tiles is pulling away from them and letting water in.
He said he would take out the old concrete along the roof valley, and put new concrete in. No tiles need to be replaced.
He also said he'd put fibreglass paint on top along the roof valley.
He quoted £625 - he said it would be him and another man, and it would take a full day, being there for 8 hours. They would use a ladder.
Is this a reasonable quote?
Many thanks.

  • It seems a little dear but not by too much, it depends where in the country you are.

Thanks. In the south, not London.
Also I have no idea if the issue and the fix he is suggesting is correct.
I had a guy a week ago say it was cracks in the tiles and put silicone in them, which did not work and cost £100.
