Aged 12 Item being Returned .. Too Small

I sold an item which the label says .. for age 12, plus a size in cm (I assume meaning height of child) i provided both details on the listing

Personally, i always thought this way of sizing things a bit strange, probably every 12 year old is a different height

The buyer has asked to return it but a message came from ebay too, something like 'you don't have to accept this return'

I like to be fair, so said yes, so I guess I'll get it back in a few days.

My question is .. do I refund the whole amount, including the initial postage, or just the purchase price.

You will need to refund the entire amount buyer paid including postage. It is likely though that once buyer realises they have to pay for the return that they won’t bother.
