Good evening,
Just a quick question, I've been diagnosed with Pudendal Neuralgia and been advised to see if I can claim for PIP, it doesn't help with my mental health issues of stress and depression.
I'm looking for advice as to where to look as I don't have a clue.
Thanks

The important thing is to be honest about how this affects you, don't lie and don't sugar coat it. So while it may be true that most days you are fine but on a bad day you need to say you can do nothing and maybe can't for a week after. Whatever the actual situation is. Too many people with mobility issues (not what you're talking about of course) will say that, yes they can run for the bus. What they then need to add is that having done so they won't be able to sleep that night or only be able to walk slowly and only for short distances for the next 5 days.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. PIP is about how your health conditions affect you - that includes the cumulative effects of multiple conditions, and any side effects of medication.

Please do make sure you take sometime to have a read of the links spoonie posted. It's always much better to at least have some understanding of the descriptors before you ring to apply.
