Surely it can't be this easy?
I can think of one easy way to find out.
Please report back when you have the answer.  ;)

Happy to report it was that easy! Got the result of the contesting and it was NFA. They aren't even bothering taking it to POPLA. Thanks very much to you and @Coupon-mad for your help.

Easy when you know how!   :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • If the second one is also non POFA you go through exactly the same process and they will lose again. Some companies are just so lazy and stupid
As predicted, same for the second one - dropped before POPLA stage with more or less the wording in this thread.
  • Well done on your second PCN cancellation @nuoretrapparit

Hi, great to hear of your success. I know it’s been a while but hopefully you/someone can respond confirming if there have been any changes to the process since?

I’ve just received a NTK (Postal - Non PoFA) Issued on private land. Whereby the reason for issue is ‘No Stopping’. I bloody stopped for 2 mins whilst seated in the car! Some cheek!!!!

The company is UKCPS who are part of IPC?

    How do I proceed please?
