Ring doorbell

I have a Ring Pro which is hard-wired.

When someone rings the bell, the device starts to speak saying things like 'I can't come to the door right now' and other such things.

Even thought I get to the door to open it within 10 or 20 seconds, it starts speaking very quickly.

Any advice on how I can turn this voice feature off?

Log onto the Ring app, go to devices and the doorbell and then turn off smart responses.

You can also set the delay in there (10 seconds is default) to delay it starting if you didn't want it off completely, but just to give you more time.
