Multiple home insurance claims in a short period

Hello,

Just wanted to get some advice on multiple home insurance claims within the last year.

Unfortunately, we had a leak in kitchen in rental property 6 months ago, settled with landlord home insurance policy via their loss adjustor.

My own property had a leak in April 2023 in one on the wetrooms, down into the living room. This has just been settled by home insurance (different provider from above).

We've now had another leak in a different wetroom into our kitchen, and it's likely will need to replace the shower tray under the tiled flooring which is likely to cost thousands of pounds.

I'm just mindful as I don't want to end up getting our insurance policy cancelled due to multiple claims - has anyone had any experience of this with valid claims?

Thanks

You won't have the insurance cancelled due to too many claims, you'll just find next years premiums exceptionally high when you mention all the claims.
