xatreon.com - what is it and how can I get rid of it?

Quite often when I try and navigate to a webpage using Chrome, there's a massive delay spinning cursor then I get THIS screen appearing. I have no idea what it is, what it does or how to get rid of it or why my browser is going there or it has to respond. I'm usually trying to navigate to Facebook or eBay or whatever, it's not happening with specific websites and it's entirely random. It's spoiling gaming, I can't do surveys and paying for anything is a nightmare because whatever I'm doing is constantly interrupted by this wretched screen. It's an HP Laptop on Windows 11, I run BitDefender as my antivirus, I'm mainly using Chrome and I have also used Supernatispyware to check for nasty malware. The laptop is relatively new, I clear my browser cache and cookies regularly. There's NOTHING on Google, it just defaults to articles about Patreon. As far as I can tell, it's happening because I use Now Broadband which is blocking access to the site using Broadband Buddy because it associates it with malware and phishing. But WHY is my browser constantly trying to go there and how can I stop this from happening? Surely if I had a Virus either BitDefender or Superantispyware would have spotted this? They're telling me my laptop is clean. I'm reasonably certain that because I've never gone there I haven't compromised any passwords or data. I just need to know how I can STOP my browser trying to go there when I'm actually trying to navigate somewhere else.
