Help when a company goes into administration

Hi, I’m after some help please.
I have a finance agreement which includes car and a service plan all in one payment- my Vauxhall garage has gone into administration- I’ve contacted Vauxhall finance who said contact Vauxhall customer care who say contact Vauxhall finance. Basically the service plan can’t be transferred as it’s with specific garage, so I want my Fianance payments adjusted as I’ve had to take out a new service plan. The administration team gave said we can put a claim in but this won’t be until nxt year and if you get any money back it will be 36p to the pound. So the easiest option would be to recalculate my finance but I’m going around in circles. Any advice welcome please. Thank you

Go back to the finance company, and don't take "no" for an answer. If they are not willing to help you, open a formal complaint.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1 -
