Trio. Remember the Ad? Sung to the tune of the Banana Boat Song.
TrrrriiiO, TrrrriiiO, I want a Trio and I want one now.
As a kid I always wanted a Trio, as an adult I will keep quiet.

I have vivid memories of this being sung in the junior school playground! Can remember the treat, a bit like club bars in size but with a thick coat of caramel over the shortbread, and the bar divided into chunky thirds. Tastier than Twix IIRC.HillStreetBlues said:Trio. There was a choccie bar I loved but can't remember the name. It came in 2s like a Twix but the paper sealed each bar separately and was perforated between them. Something like Take 2 but I googled and can't find that.
Trios were sold in school tuck shop in the early 80s, along with a pink sherbety chew bar called Wham.Barnsley, South Yorkshire
