As for me I wish they being back this... Yes you could argue it's like Cadbury caramel but I dont like Cadbury's nasty after taste.

    I used to love these!

Does anyone remember lemonade powder?  It was a bag of bright yellow crystals and made a nice drink.  I have no idea what was in it but it could have been citric or tartaric acid.  When my cousin and I visited our grandmother for an overnight stay out came the lemonade powder.  It was very tasty.

And your wet finger, which gave a satisfyingly yellow stained finger once the sherbet had been eaten

My tastebuds are tingling just thinking about it!

We used to eat some proper rubbish back in the day, but that was always in addition to decent meals. These days there is a reliance on UPF for our meals, particularly lunchtimes.

I remember these but not with fondness. A flat, past-its-best taste springs to mind.

I had a friend whose cat loved Caramac :D.  It surprised me that the cat didn’t have any weight or dental problems

One of the boxes of chocs used to have a lime cordial barrel.  I think it might have been Milk Tray.  Lime was, and still is, one oh my favourite flavours.
