TV is a Samsung 6 series. Transmitter is Waltham.
TV has both Freesat and terrestrial tuners.
When auto retuning the terrestrial Freeview 2 of the multiplexers are missing.(com5 and com6)
Cannot find a way to manual tune even if that would help.
I have another TV on the same aerial which receives both muxes.
Any help,thanks.

See my recent thread on a similar issue on the TV sub board (which would have been a better place to ask your question).1
