TSB payment failure

Anyone else having problems?  When making a bank transfer the other day to a saved payee I had an error message 'the payment possibly might not have been made but balance might show it has'  Just tried to send money to someone else and it's happened again, this again was a previously saved payee.
Irritatingly there is no follow up message from TSB regarding the failure, I've just sent the first failed payment again as nothing was showing in my account after several days, that went through ok this time.
TSB FAQ no help.

When you complain make sure you make them aware you had to make payments from another account, borrowing 
money from friends to pay it etc.
Each item will get you more compensation.
When they messed up their system a few years back I got £100 per item in the complaint.
Best part of a grand in total.
