Credit club affected by AI auto save?

HI, I have been really careful to budget as much as possible over the last 7 months, and it has made a huge difference. Except.... I use Chip as an automatic saving app, which uses AI to figure out what to take out of my account every few weeks. It is ace - however, on my MSE credit club, it says that my cashflow is dreadful, in actual fact, it is being swept into another account (different bank).
Anyone know how to adjust this?
With thanks

You could just ignore it?
This is the problem with the credit reference agencies and these kinds of clubs, how on earth is saving money deemed to be bad? People have become slaves to the meaningless three digit score and the suggestions these sites throw up. "You must apply for this card" etc etc.
Seriously, just ignore it.1 -
