The age gate appears to have be broken on Chrome. Just in case anyone gets the same issue.

VERY broken.  It wants one format of the date, but then seems to another and won't go through no matter what.

Gave up trying to find entry form

After going round in circles I found the entry form.  I clicked on the banner where it says WHAT's NO & WIN, the clicked on the bit that said FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN OR TO FIND OUT MORE CLICK HERE.

If I post the link it just goes back to the T&C page

But it only works in Firefox for me, not Chrome.

Scrap that - it hasn't submitted yet!!
