I have had RBS account for decades and now use NatWest branches, they are absolutely fine and can do everything that you would have had done in an RBS branch0

Yes, I go into NatWest regular to do banking. Cash deposits, transfers etc. my account is at RBS.0

I was at an RBS and was wanting to pay a cheque into both a Natwest account and Ulster account using the cash machines in the lobby. It would not allow me to pay into Ulster, only Natwest. Odd.0
