I cannot log- in in my MSE Credit Club

I used to use a lot MSE credit Club to seey credit report, it was very useful. It has been almost a year since every time I log in (after writing my User and password) that I get this message:

"Thank you for your application to Credit Club, we need to do some further checks to confirm your identity. This helps to ensure the security of your personal information.

These checks will usually be complete within 2 working days, so please come back to review the outcome of your application."

I do not have any problem getting in Experian, though there I just can see my score but not my credit report for free. 

I would like to know what can I do. It has been stuck with that message for a year. I looks like every time I log in it is like I am doing an application, I do not understand. Any help?

    I was thinking to close my account at MSE credit club and then register again but i dont know how

    I’m currently unable to see my full report on the MSE App. 
    It shows ‘Credit Report Failed’
    That also happened to me 3 weeks ago, sent an email to FurtherHelp@moneysavingexpert.com, and it was sorted promptly by Liz. 
    But I just might give up this time. 
    It’s just too much bother if it’s going to happen a third or fourth time, maybe more.
