PESS/Parking Enforcement & Security Services are trading names, not a Legal Entity.

And apparently "parking control is managed by PESS UK"-whoever they are!

I appealed today, but I didn't get any e-mail confirming the submition.
On the website there was only an information saying: "The appeal has been sucessfully submitted" and the time. No more info.

Do I write an e-mail to them to confirm they received the appleal or can I just ignore it?

Just take a screenshot of that. Is that not enough?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Report them to the ICO for inappropriately using their logo on that sign (probably all their signs) without the ICO's permission.

This is unacceptable from a parking firm, IMHO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
