PESS/Parking Enforcement & Security Services are trading names, not a Legal Entity.
And apparently "parking control is managed by PESS UK"-whoever they are!2 -
I appealed today, but I didn't get any e-mail confirming the submition.
On the website there was only an information saying: "The appeal has been sucessfully submitted" and the time. No more info.
Do I write an e-mail to them to confirm they received the appleal or can I just ignore it?0 -

Report them to the ICO for inappropriately using their logo on that sign (probably all their signs) without the ICO's permission.
This is unacceptable from a parking firm, IMHO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
