Spam mail (some very amusing, when they claim to be one well known delivery company, but have photos of a different company's vans) used to be mainly limited to the junk mail box, but the last few months my incoming file has been flooded with the things, so if I leave my mail for 2-3 days there are hundreds of posts to sort out.
If this change is general and not just on my system, then some email scams an be more of a problem as they address you by your first name and mention articular health problems (BP, incontinence, diabetes, sex problems for men and heart problems are a few that come to mind0. I have not opened any, but assume they are fishing for personal, mainly banking, information.0
