Order to obtain information - defendant didn't show up

As per the title, I went to the court, but the defendant didn't. The staff told me that the case would now go back to a judge to re-assess.
From my understanding, when someone doesn't attend court for questioning, can face up to imprisonment. But so can you, if you pass with a red light!
I still haven't heard back from the court 2 weeks later. What's likely to happen from now on?

I don't understand what this means, can you elaborate a bit more? I'm the creditor.

I think the OP should, perhaps, have added it as an edit, onto his other thread, from June ?
