DCB Legal Limited - my Counterclaim against it

The OP confirmed by pm to me that the claim by UKPC was discontinued before the hearing.
Calling @Umkomaas - another DCB disco!
Counterclaim failed due to wrong Part 20 Defendant. You can't 'counterclaim' against a party who isn't the claimant. No costs at all so the outcome was good: drop hands and a discontinuance.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@HarveytheRabbit
Hi,
I'm new here and I'm in the same situation with UKPC LTD.
I would like get my case transferred to my local area and make a counterclaim, as I had legitimate reason to be parked there (I was working and had permission) and its been a year of harassment from them.
Please could you get in touch to give me a few pointers as you've been here before?
Thanks0 -
You will have the opportunity later on the Directions Qustionnaire to state your preferred court. Counterclaiming isn’t usually recommended for the small claims court and is likely to fail unless you can demonstrate significant distress.
If you want the support from the forum with your PCN from UKPC I suggest starting your own thread1
