Lebara won’t download emails on mobile data

Hi
i have just gone over to Lebara and all is good, except my emails download fine when connected to Wi-Fi but won’t download on mobile data and I get a “cannot connect to server” error message. 

Spoke to Lebara who advised to check data settings and they are all good. 

Anyone else with a similar issue that has a solution?

I have no problem at all with my gmail app and Lebara.

Which email server do you use?

No problem with it on my iPhone XR 

I suspect you have not got ‘use mobile data’ or whatever it’s called enabled in the settings for your email app.

I have a few email accounts on my iphone and using the Apple mail app generally speaking they all work fine on Lebara.

Are you using Apple Mail or another app?
