Hi everyone
I’ve received this letter yesterday from ZZPS Legal debt collection company on behalf of National Parking Enforcement ltd, back to October 21 and as I remember it was a private road which I parked max 10-12 minutes to see the sign and also asked next restaurant if it’s under their premises which I can park. By the way I can’t remember if I challenged it or ignored it!!😬
Now my question is kindly anyone saw such a letter or knows what should I do right now?
Many thanks

Yes it's covered in the 4th post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
Also search the forum for ZZPS and laugh! Obviously ignore daft old ZZPS and GCTT.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Now my question is kindly anyone saw such a letter or knows what should I do right now?Seen it before. Debt collector letter. Ignore it, it's of no threat. Come back if you get a formal Letter of Claim from NPE's solicitors (NPE do try to con you with their own version of a LoC, which you can ignore, or come back here for reassurance if you wish) or a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC.For now, read forum advice on dealing with debt collectors in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can tell the difference between a debt collector letter and a real letter of claim as a real one gives 30 days to respond not 14 or even 7 as in your case.3

"A LETTER FROM A MONEY SCAMMER"
AKA as OSNER the owner and approved by the BPA
Just very low quality toilet paper full of lies and probably written by school children ..... just look at the signature ?
Same applies to the other OSNER scam firm called GCTT2 -
thanks guys for replying 🙏0

Following previous letter, I received this one now👇
Should I still ignore it or they taken it serious and I have to do something?🤷🏻♂️0 -
It's just another debt collector letter. The advice on what to do with this poor quality bog-paper hasn't changed.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
