Now the ultimate rip off as bars have gone from 30g to 23g, but in same packaging. Prices have shot up as well. Very expensive fresh air!

Could you see the weight and the price before you bought?
If so, no consumer rights have been breached.
These are ultra-processed baby snacks with a high free sugar content. That fresh air might be expensive but it is much better for your toddler than the bar in the same packaging. Look on the reduced weight as a health benefit.2 -

Making your own would be the ultimate MSE way, oat bars can be cheaply and easily made in batches and probably nicer than the ones you can buy.
