Address on bank Statements

Ok well here goes, I added a partner to my account years ago. We have now since split and I have had her removed from the joint account.
However for some reason then bank keeps changing my statement address to her new address...
I'm currently on the phone for the third time to sort this out however it appears I can't get anywhere!!
Is there any other way of reporting this to get it sorted out for once and for all??

You could locate the contact details for the (unnamed!) bank's data protection officer within their published privacy policy, and highlight to them that they're in breach of the Data Protection Act if they're failing to look after your personal data in accordance with their legal obligations.

Or just switch the account to a better bank....
