Don't think that collagen will help as nails are made of keratin, like hair. I may well do nothing when I get there.

Pleased to see you back Taff from what sounds like a good weekend the 117 days are everything I am supposed to finish March the 16 th but I have put my last two weeks holidays in so I finish the 2 nd of March and talking about collagen I have been using it for the last year in the hope it would make me young and beautiful it hasn’t but my ails use to split right at the base and they never do now and they are really strong couldn’t bend them if I tried8

Had a long chat with the technician - we decided on BIAB (builder in a bottle). I'm really happy with how my nails look, the horrid ragged nails are now at least disguised and I won't catch them on anything for a while. I'll see how I go with them.7
