Dispute with exceutors who are solicitors

Nevertheless, TBagpuss is correct: If beneficiaries ask professional executors to step down, they should unless there is a good reason not to. Look up Richman v WAG Davidson and Co Solicitors.Hoenir said:Executors work for the estate not the beneficiaries. The will represents the express wishes of the deceased. And? If the beneficiaries want to rewrite the Will from top to bottom they can - subject to the agreement of everyone who loses out by it - via a Deed of Variation. (An exception being if there are potential beneficiaries who are minors, who cannot give agreement.)
Ultimately the executors are working for those who are going to get the money.

HI I contacted Aegon this morning about my pension fund and they are sending me an expression of wished, but I've discovered they dont take any notice of the will I have written. I am told they decide where my Pension fund goes. My pension fund is not regarded as part of the total estate. They will contact my relative and decide how to allocate the money. My will is complicated, I leave set figures to family and small sums to smaller charities, the remainder was to be allocated by percentage to other charities. It seems this will not happen. Can hardly believe this. I will need to rethink my will if this true. Thoughts any body?0

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
