OVO FIT Generation Payments

I was also transferred from SSE to OVO in August last Year for my FIT (Feed in Tariff) Generation Payments. With SSE I received my payment within 10 days of submitting my reading.
OVO took over two months to process my first payment. I called to query it and was told it was due to Ofgen checks. Sounded feasable. However, the next three readings also were delayed for two months.
In disgust, it transferred my FIT account to E.ON. The first payment from them was made with three days of receiving their invoice following the transfer in July.
I'm still awaiting OVO's final payment from the transfer reading taken on 20th July. I finally managed to get them confirm today that they owe me £204 with I should receive by the beginning of December.
Over the course of the year they have been holding onto over £2000 for over two months that were due to me. If they are treating all their FIT Generation customers the same way that's a lot of money they are playing with.
Every other company pays out within 10 days of submission of a generation reading.
Anyone else experiencing this.

I've been having trouble since being informed that OVO is taking over SSE FiT customers. Customer service, although they are passionate about it doesn't play out in reality. I think that they are in trouble and keeping due payments are used elsewhere in the business. I never had this degree of trouble with SSE. They fail to do what they promise and getting any satisfactory response usually fails. Perhaps Martin could get involved since energy is one of his pet subjects
