KLARNA payment technical issue

Has anyone else had any issued recently with Klarna having problems recording payments?
I have had an auto payment with them for well over a year where they take a direct debit however the last few months payments have not appeared on the app. I only noticed this as my bank prompted me to check my credit score and I now have 2 or 3missed payments listed on my credit score.
Klarna confirm that payments have been received and it is a technical issue at their side, which has now been fixed. However they don't seem to have informed customer that this has occurred or that it may be affecting their credit rating.
Although they say it has been fixed, I'm still waiting on info as to whether they will correct my credit score.
Just wanted to let people know really so that they can check if they have been affected.

You can safely ignore your score, however you do need to get an incorrect "missed payment" marker removed from your record. It will be down to Klarna to issue a correction to the CRAs - speak to Klarna, ask them to remove the incorrect entries, escalate if necessary (via their internal complaints procedure in the first instance).Do remember that the information you see on your free reports is not real-time, so you may need to wait a couple of weeks after they issue the correction before you see it on your report.0

thanks I'll keep on at them as I get the impression they think that because they have can see payments have been received by them that that's enough0

I see that this issue is now being covered in the press and apparently "a very small number of customers had marks left on their credit file, but these have all now been removed". Hope the OP got things sorted out.
