Shopping with Carllo

Carllo are an online shopping website, which seem to be a dropshipper from China. I've used them to make a purchase and despite a thorough promise of satisfaction, this has not been eye experience, as follows: -

I ordered a pair of size 9½ shoes from them which is shown on the invoice. They sent a size EU46, which is 11/12. Way, way too big. I asked them to replace or refund. Over the next 2 weeks, they persistently asked for either an extra $20, and they would then send the right ones. 50% refund, and I get to keep the wrong size (useless). A refund only once they received the return, and checked if I pay to ship back to China. I refused all of these and insisted on a full refund. They will not do this. Will be taking this up with Mastercard too.

Anybody else had any success with these people?

What you are saying is typical practise by these retailers. Sadly you are not dealing with UK consumer regulations.

You might struggle with a chargeback, as Mastercard will want to see the goods sent back, or proof that retailer is not allowing.
