First NCP parking charge received two days ago for 25/08/23

I've just received a parking charge notice for dropping off at Gatwick Airport on 25/08/23 (over 10 weeks ago) from NCP. It says final reminder and is charging me £100. I can't find any evidence that I paid it so I must have forgotten - fair enough - but am I supposed to have had some sort of written notice asking for payment by a certain date at a lesser amount before receiving this one?

Just appeal as the "registered keeper" (definitely not as the "driver") with the following:
As your Parking Charge Notice does not comply with the requirements of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4) because airport land is covered by bylaws, you are, in law, unable to hold the registered keeper of the vehicle liable for the parking charge. Therefore, I suggest that you contact the driver. As there is no legal requirement placed on the registered keeper to identify the driver, I will not be doing so.

I require you to cancel the parking charge and remove my personal information from your database

No one who has found this forum pays a penny to the scam that is the airport drop-off zone charge.

Is your car a hire/lease/company one, where you are not the registered keeper?

If you are the registered keeper of your own vehicle, is your V5C logbook up to date with your current address shon on it - please check, don't guess/assume?

Either of the above scenarios could result in you not receiving the initial NCP correspondence.
