Ever had a mind tickling confusion about Emmerdale?

 

Confused.com asked the cast some of the things that everyone wonders 

when they watch the show, and now it's your turn! 

You could win one of five VIP Tours of the Emmerdale set 

and get the chance to ask the cast some mind-tickling questions of your own.

 

The prize includes a VIP set tour for the winner and 1 guest. The tour will take place on Monday 22nd January 2024 

with travel and overnight accommodation in Leeds on Sunday 21st January 2024.

 

Open to UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands residents. Winner and guest must be 18+. Competition closes at 9am on 27.11.2023. T&Cs apply.

ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 6 November 2023.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 9.00am on Monday 27 November 2023.  

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 
• The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of an Emmerdale Studio Village tour for five (5) winners and one (1) adult companion each. The prize includes the following for each winner: 

• Two (2) tickets for an Emmerdale Studio and Village Tour in Leeds (LS16 8AU) on Monday 22 January 2024 (“Tour”); and 
• Travel package consisting of:
  • Accommodation for one (1) night at a 4* hotel in Leeds on 21 January 2024, on a bed and breakfast basis, based on two (2) people sharing a double or twin room (subject to availability) (“Hotel”); 
  • Dinner allowance of up to £30 per person to use at the Hotel’s restaurant. The allowance will be added to the winner’s room booking as restaurant credit; 
  • Transportation for each winner and their companion on 21 January and 22 January 2024 including: 
    • either (i) standard return rail travel from a UK mainland station near the winner’s home address to Leeds train station; or (ii) return economy flights from an airport near the winner’s home address to Leeds airport if the winner is not a UK mainland resident; and 
    • return private transfers between Leeds train station or airport and the Hotel and between the Hotel and the Tour; and
  • One (1) member of staff to accompany the winners and their companions on the Tour and transfers, and at the Hotel to oversee the prize package, 

(“Travel Package”)

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on 21 January and 22 January 2024. The winners and their companions will be required to bring a valid ID with name and photo for admittance. 

 

The winners and their companions must comply with the following code of conduct whilst at the Tour. 

By entering this competition, the winners and their companions agree to comply with the following terms:

• to behave in a reasonable and sensible fashion at all times whilst at the studio;
• to not explore any location during the event without being escorted by one of ITV’s representatives;
• to not remove any objects from the set or vandalise or damage any location visited during the Tour;
• to not use any photographs taken during the Tour for any purposes other than private non-commercial purposes;
• no smoking is permitted anywhere on the Tour;
• access to certain parts of the Tour will be subject to availability; and
• the winners and their companions expressly understand and acknowledge that ITV shall have the right to refuse you entry or expel them from the studio if ITV considers, in its sole discretion, that they have breached the code of conduct.

Please note that the winners’ companions must be 18 years old or older. 

 

It is the responsibility of the winners to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winners and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

There is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to take-up the prize for any reason.

 

The prize excludes transportation between the winners’ home address and the UK train station or airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), travel insurance and personal expenses.
