Help with Verisure subscription cancellation

I am a verisure customer since 2019.
15 days ago I asked them to cancel my subscription/connection.
I sent them an email and made multiple calls(daily). The customer support team says everytime that someone from the cancellation team will call me, but it never happens. Everyday its the same story and now I realise that this is just how they operate.
How can I get this cancelled? What legal recourse do I have?
Thanks

Thanks.
I pay direct debit.
Contract says 2 months notice, which I am willing to pay up.
Ok with postage. Does that mean I have officially registered my cancellation?
They did acknowledge that I have requested a cancellation and have copied their escalation team in that email. I still dont see any action!0 -
As you have cancelled via means that has proof & they have acknowledged this. Cancel the DD with bank.Life in the slow lane1

I would not suggest this otherwise. But it will focus Verisure to contact OP.Life in the slow lane0 -

If they have not heard anything within the 2 months. Once the 2 months notice has been paid then cancel the DD, as they have proof in the email of cancelation.Life in the slow lane0
