Hi,
Hoping I can get some help here.
I have a car park space at work where I use a permit. It used to be overseen by Euro car park but was taken over by CPM and they use number plate recognition. I wasn't informed by anyone I had to register my number plate until it was too late as I got a PCN in the post.
I went on their website and registered. Assuming everything was in order I continued to park in the space but received more PCN in the post!
I called them but no-one picks up! I contacted them by messaging on their website but no-one replies! I decided to appeal them but of course I was not successful.
I then started receiving letters from debt collectors, that I ignored. I have now received a LBC from Gladstones solicitors. I've looked over the newbies thread but can't see a robust letter template I can use to send to Gs.
They've listed 3 PCN and a £70 fee for time/resources.
I would really like to get this sorted and appreciate any help, thank you.

But the NEWBIES thread clearly tells you how you do find a robust LBC response, by searching. It's not good use of the forum for new posters to ask us to search for you, because newbies need to get confident with your searches (always search for NEWEST).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If your car park is organised through your employer, can you get them to sort it as they changed the system without telling you.0

My employer is Tesco and they are useless with a capital U!! They don't care0

But Tesco don't use UKCPM, so this must be a general retail park.
You should urgently complain to the managing agents, whose name you probably drive past every day, on the plinth of retail names at the entrance.
And of course respond to the LBC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
