Fixing kitchen type unit doors

About 8/9 years back we replaced the 9 unit doors in our utility room, purchasing on line from a replacement door company. The doors are Shaker style in a matt white finish, I think the surface is called a "vinyl wrap ", but not 100% certain.
Just this week I noticed that on one base unit door the surface is loose on one bottom corner of the centre panel, and on the wall unit directly above, the upper half of most of the bottom rail, and some of the centre panel above that is loose.
Neither of these doors have had water on them, and neither get any direct sunlight, or are near a source of heat. All door edges are fine.
Is it possible to fix this problem ourselves? Or do we either have to buy new doors (probably 9 of them to have them matching) , or just live with it?
Previous doors were the original, at that time 26/27 year old ones, in perfect condition, only replaced as we wanted a different colour, so we are careful with things.

Got vinyl wrap doors in my kitchen - About 5 years old now, and some of them, the vinyl is starting to lift. Short of stripping them, I don't see an easy fix. So I'm going to save up and get solid wood doors (will probably end up making my own).Vinyl is good for a cheap and quick "make over", but if you want something that will last, you can't beat solid wood.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -
So no easy fix.
Can only agree about solid wood, our original solid oak kitchen unit doors are now 33 years old!
