Video entryphone - flats - smartphone operated

I live in a Victorian building which is converted into 3 self-contained flats. The main front door to the communal hall has an electric buzzer/entry phone phone system. Each flat has a buzzer on the main door and an entryphone in the flat.
One neighbour is a wheelchair user who has difficulty getting to the entryphone in his flat when someone calls at the main front door. In particular, this makes it difficult for him to take delivery of parcels.
We would like to have a video entryphone system installed which will allow each of us to open the main door using a smartphone app.
We are not even sure whether a system exists which would work in our circumstances. For example, each flat has it's own wifi which might rule out a wifi dependent system.
Any recommendations for systems we might look at?

There are many such systems , including for flats. I have one at the gates of my house and at the front door, linked to my alarm systems.
It's best to google yourself but , as a start, take a look at :

Just to add, most work with existing wiring but replace the boxes at the end. The box in your flat connects to your WiFi and then to the app. So no1
