Please help with Full and final offers and what to do!

Hi guys,
I'm writting to get advice on some of my debts that i am trying to sort out.
The debts are:
NCO Europe (used to be Very) - 153.72
Moorcroft Group (used to be Argos) - 173.15
Capital One - 356.06
Arc Europe (used to be Nationwide overdraft) - 597. 37
PRA group (used to be Barclaycard) - 876.98
PRA group (used to be Tesco Bank) - 1,136.12
Nationwide loan- 2,364.77
NewDay (Aquacard) - 3,102.75

I've been on a DMP with Payplan since June 20 and used to pay 152.51 but I am currently paying 26.55. Some of my debts show up on my Totally Money Score as Late Payment. For example my Aquacard shows as Late payment since that date instead of default and I get a new Late payment monthly. Is there anything I can do about it like ask them to change it to a default from an earlier date?
With regards to the AquaCard I went on my Totally Money repor and it showed that I had opened the account on March'18 and by July'18 I was already up to 413/450 credit limit. In august they had increase my limit to 1,100 whilst my balance was 431. In cotober that year my balance had gone to 1,128 out of a credit limit of 1,100 but in November it seems that they agreed to increase my limit to 1,850. In March'19 my credit limit increased again to 2,850 whilst my spending was at 1,299 and continued that way. In July '19 my credit limit went up 3850 when my spending was at 2,910. At that time I had taken a Nationwide loan to try to pay off my debts so they problem was groing very quickly. In hindsight I should have ask for help back then but there were some personal circumstances going on that made it difficult.
Does it sound like I have a chance of making a point that they might have lended me money over my ability to pay it. Specially since I had already gone over my credit limit? I don't have access to my online banking anymore and I also don't have all the statements and leters from this account is there any advice on what to do? Should I try to ask them to backdate my default to June'20 and also complain that the lent me over my capacity to repay?

I have also been in persistent debt with my Barclaycard that I opened in 2016 where I also got letters regarding that but I don't think I go any around. I could only afford to pay minimun payments for a very long time and I don't know what else I can do on that regard.

With regard to my pesonal situation and why I am on this mess. I am currently a student and I intend to speak to Payplan and explain that i can only afford token payments.
I used to live with my partner (which was abusive) and I realised now financially abusive.
He used to ask me to pay for rent, food and necesities with my card or myself with the promise that he would pay me back when he wouldnt or would do partial payments. He used to ask me to lend him money and then would get upset when i wouldd ask for him to pay me back. They were so many instances where i would pay so many bils or had to pay arreas or the utilities were cut off. He wouold make more money than me (used to work part time and study) but was always broke because would drink or spend money he didnt have on weed and drugs.
Police was after him and after knocking at my door I decided that I had to leave or he would turn violent. So i had to escape to a hotel and I am now dealing with the mess of having used credit to survive on a living situation with someone that was happy to financially drain me.
I am now free and working hard on my future and I really really want to try to get rid of this debt that is ruining my life and is making it so hard to rent or move forwards.
I was also diagnosed with a mental health condition which I did not know I had and affected my choices and my ability to handle money. I was diagnosed with this after I had applied for all the credit that I had.

I've been on a DMP since October'20 and most of my debts have been moved to debt collector companies.

I need help knowing what my options are and how I can get rid of this ASAP (realistically). Can I explain my situation to debt collections and ask for partial and final payments? Can I ask to go on token payments until I graduate as I am finding it very difficult to live?
Any advice is very appreciate. Thank you!

You are free to make affordability complaints, you can also ask companies to default you instead of marking your account as late payment, in line with guidance.

Your debts total around the 9k mark, and at £26 per month won`t be repaid any time soon.

Have Pay Plan mentioned the possibility of a Debt Relief Order (DRO) at all ?

It may be helpful if you do a little research on them, you might be suitable for one.

The main criteria are that you have £75 or less left after all essential spending, per month (not including any contractual debt repayments).
Cannot be a homeowner, must not have a car worth over 2k, or have assets over 2k.
Your total debt must be under 30k.

From what you have said, you may qualify.

I agree with sourcrates and wonder about a DRO.  I have been told that Stepchange and NationalDebtline can help you with these as well as organisations such as CMA (Community Money Advisers) some of whom work through food banks.

There may be an impact of your credit history but frankly it doesn't sound that grand right now anyway.  If you are paying a minimal amount for the next couple of years at least while you're a student then it won't be that good for a few years anyways.  A DRO may affect it for 6 years so applying for new credit in the future may be difficult.  But the good thing would be that this could wipe all your debt after a year - and it sounds like you have enough to worry about already without the debt bothering you as well.

That's correct - except stepchange won't do DROs - they refer to CAB or Money Wellness.

There is no point discussing F&F uness you have a lump sum, and it sounds like you don't.

Have a think about a DRO. It could be the simplest route to a clean start
