Moved Fridge Freezer out of 2nd Floor Flat - on back and upside down

Hi there. Am moving out of a second floor flat and had to move the fridge freezer into an upside down position to get it down the stairs (momentarily) and then on its back in the van we were using to transport it (couldn't avoid it) for a 15 minute journey on decent roads.
I see now that both are major no-no's, but the winding staircase and van made it almost impossible to avoid.
I'm going to leave it settle for 48 hours out of an abundance of caution.
Otherwise, the only signs that it is broken will be visible when we turn it on by not cooling/working - is that right?
Any other thoughts? Feel like a right fool now but I guess the real lesson is never live in a flat! 🙃
Thanks

It'll probably be fine if you leave it 48 hours. You'll find out when it starts cooling - on not.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1
