Luxury, pet friendly beach stay

Options
To celebrate my husband's 50th birthday next year, I want to plan a week's stay with our two children ages 19 and 14. If anyone has any recommendations I'd appreciate them.

I have an ideal list of things I'd like if possible:
Ideally in England / Wales. (Would love Scotland but too far to drive)
* max budget around £1500 for a week
* at least 3 bedroom
* pet friendly for one dog
* on the beach with large doors / windows opening on to beach
* close enough to walk / drive to town
* possibly public transport close by or close enough to walk to eg local bus

    What time of year do you want to go? High season, due to 14 year old...

    cant see you getting anything close to what you want for £1,500 for a 3 bed beachfront property in August.
    Good luck in your search tho.

    Have a look at Rural Retreats and in particular the lighthouses.

    A search indicates the OP probably can have most of what they want,  but opening directly onto the beach will be the difficult bit... A few mins walk, or overlooking more possible.

    Is doors opening onto a beach a good idea with a dog? Think of the sand everywhere.

    You would need to check that dogs were allowed on the beach. Many have restricted access during the summer months.
